```Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Crew Member to join our team.
As an Asphalt Crew Member, you will be responsible for assisting in the paving and installation of asphalt surfaces.
Responsibilities: - Rake and spread asphalt material to ensure a smooth and even surface - Assist in the preparation of the work area by digging, grading, and leveling - Operate various equipment such as roller, screed, paver, and etc.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment - Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Requirements: - Previous experience as an Asphalt Crew Member or similar role - Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain equipment - Valid Class E License preferred but not required - Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions accurately If you have the necessary skills and experience, we invite you to apply for this position.
