*Job Description*: Mechanical Project Manager with HVAC and Plumbing Experience in Construction Industry
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Project Manager with extensive experience in HVAC and plumbing systems within the construction industry.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
*Responsibilities:*
1.
Lead and oversee mechanical projects, including HVAC and plumbing installations, from planning through execution.
2.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
3.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
4.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on mechanical systems design, installation, and troubleshooting.
5.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
6.
Proactively identify and resolve project issues or conflicts to minimize disruptions and delays.
7.
Ensure adherence to industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
8.
Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
9.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
10.
Mentor and support junior staff members, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
*Requirements:*
· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
· Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, preferably in HVAC and plumbing projects.
· Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and related equipment.
· Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.
g.
, MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
· Solid understanding of construction industry practices, processes, and regulations.
· PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
· Willingness to travel to project sites and work flexible hours when required.
· Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and promoting a culture of safety.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $170,000.
00 - $190,000.
