We're currently seeking an experienced Residential Remodeling Carpenter to join our crew.
This role requires expertise in all phases of carpentry, as well as proficiency in all areas of residential remodeling.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, trim finish, and experience in residential remodeling projects from demo to finishing touches.
*Responsibilities:*
* Execute various carpentry tasks, including framing, installing windows and doors, cabinetry, trim work, and other finishing details.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
* Ensure projects are completed within established timelines.
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
* Quality control experience and basic knowledge of applicable building codes
* Troubleshoot and problem-solve on-site issues as they arise, offering creative solutions to challenges.
*Requirements:*
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a residential carpenter, with a focus on remodeling projects.
* Proficiency in a wide range of carpentry techniques, including framing, trim work, cabinetry installation, and finishing.
* Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship, with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
* Ability to interpret plans accurately.
* Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude.
* Self-starter and independent worker with attention to detail
* Being adaptive to conditions and change orders.
* Being on time and able to work an 8-hour day and 40-hour week.
* Open and welcoming of people of any faith or no faith, individuals of diverse populations, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
* Must own carpentry tools (circular saw, sawzall, drill, and other rough-in tools)
* Must have have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation - van or truck
* Ability to lift heavy materials and objects.
* Able to work in all weather conditions.
* Lead-Safe Certification is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.
