The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties: - Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or malfunctions - Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of equipment and facilities - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants - Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems - Fabricate and weld components as needed - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) - Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations - Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders - Assist with maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field - Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems - Proficient in English (both written and verbal) - Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals - Skilled in using hand and power tools - Excellent problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Leadership skills are a plus We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
