*Job Summary:* Kraft Tool Co is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team in Shawnee, Kansas.
The Manufacturing Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing production operations, ensuring the efficient utilization of resources, and maintaining high-quality manufacturing processes.
The successful candidate must have a strong background in engineering, business, or related fields, along with mechanical expertise in industrial equipment and manufacturing processes.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Supervise and lead a team of manufacturing staff to achieve production goals, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
* Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely and accurate completion of manufacturing orders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes, enhance product quality, and meet customer demands.
* Monitor and analyze production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
* Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies, fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
* Provide technical guidance and support to the team, troubleshooting mechanical issues with industrial equipment and machinery.
* Train and develop staff members, enhancing their skills and knowledge to improve overall performance.
* Collaborate with the engineering and quality control teams to implement process improvements and new manufacturing technologies.
* Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
* Assist in inventory management, tracking raw materials and finished goods as necessary.

*Qualifications:*
* *Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.
* Proven experience (2-3 years) in a manufacturing supervisory role, demonstrating leadership and team management abilities.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge in working with industrial equipment and manufacturing processes.
