Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team.
As the Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various aspects of our operations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in day-to-day operations and decision-making processes
- Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient production processes
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, including lean manufacturing principles
- Oversee inventory management, including MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and supply chain management
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
Experience:
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role in an Automobile Manufacturing company.
* Proven experience in production management and lean manufacturing / FES production system/ Toyota production system
- Experience in plant management, including inventory control and supply chain management
- Proficient in analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
