Varsity Spirit, Laser Machine Operator
Location: Edwardsville, KS
YOUR OPPORTUNITY:
The Varsity Yearbook team is looking for a Laser Operator to join our team in Edwardsville, KS.
HERE’S HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
As a member of the Yearbook Cover Department Production Team, you will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment printing high school and college yearbooks to help our customers celebrate some of their greatest achievements.
As the Laser Operator you will use a laser cutter to customize yearbook covers.
Loading and offloading yearbooks to and from the Laser cutter while simultaneously monitoring product quality
Work safely and efficiently to reach department production goals
Have solid attendance record and be willing to work overtime as needed
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
· High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
· Ability to read and interpret documents such as tracking sheets, order confirmation sheets and work orders.
· Ability to work all hours needed including overtime and weekends.
· Experience operating laser cutting machine is a plus.
