Manage a multi-unit property, make repairs & bring tenants

Need someone to lead repairs for a multi-unit property of a real estate company.
Need to be able to make some repairs themselves and have people for different work needed.
Once repairs are complete, we need you to continue to manage property maintenance, find new tenants, and various property management work.
