Commensurate with Experience Benefits Package: · Health insurance · Dental insurance · Life insurance · Long term disability · 401K · Reimbursement for all travel expenses · Travel Perks · Referral Bonuses Position Summary: We are a leading nationwide millwork and fixture installation company actively pursuing experienced Lead/Foremen that are able to work on a diverse range of projects overseeing and performing fixture, casework, and millwork installations in commercial and retail environments.
Prior experience leading specialty retail, big box stores, large grocery store, hospital, hospitality, and multi-family projects is preferred.

Key Responsibilities & Duties: · Complete onsite millwork, cabinet and countertop, retail fixture, graphic, and décor installs in retail and commercial environments · Personnel Management of various crew sizes ranging from 3 to 6 employees, or larger projects ranging from 8 or more employees · Ability to receive, stage and manage large inventory of millwork and fixture pieces/parts for distribution and installation · Ability to assess site conditions, construction and delivery schedules, and when these key factors are not aligned, has the ability to clearly and effectively communicate to company project management, onsite contractor, and when necessary client · Able to establish layouts for millwork, fixtures and other elements · Represent the company in a professional manner at all times; adopt and embrace our company Core Values · Submit paperwork: time sheets, expense reports, daily reports, progress photos; generate additional work validations forms, as required, when non-contract scope is completed · Perform daily safety huddles, identifying potential hazards as they relates to work to be performed; report observed unsafe and unethical practices Core Competencies & Skills · Ability to per perform all tasks of a finish carpenter including installation of cabinets, countertops, running trims (base, chair rail, crown moldings, door and window casings), wall panel systems, retail fixtures (wall systems, gondolas, etc.
) · Ability to manage and motivate others while maintaining professionalism and company Core Values · Able to professionally interact with client, general contractor, and other subcontractors · Working knowledge of woodworking hand and power tools · Strong working knowledge architectural drawings, shop drawings, and fixture plans · Must have a strong commitment to job site safety including maintaining a clean jobsite at all times Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience: 5+ Year’s retail fixture installation and finish carpentry; minimum 1 year supervisory experience Certification(s): Osha 10 or 30, Forklift Certification, Aerial Lift Certification (company will provide) Technology: Able to download and use Apps on phone or other mobile devices; able to make electronic submissions through company intranet Physical Demands: · Walk and stand for long periods of time · Ability to climb ladders, work from an aerial lift · Frequent bending, kneeling, twisting, squatting, and crawling · Work with materials over your head for short periods of time · Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly and 100 pounds occasionally Conditions of Employment: · Must be able to pass a DRUG SCREENING and PERSONAL BACKGROUND CHECK · Must be able to pass an MVR (motor vehicle report) screening for approved driving status · Must be able to work overtime as needed (typical work week is 40 to 60 hours) · Must be flexible to work non-conventional shifts (2nd and 3rd) when required · Must be able to travel up to 100% of the time without return trip homes for durations up to 3 to 8 weeks · Must provide own cordless drill and hand tools Tools Required: Cordless drill and impact set, laser level, traveling toolbox and bag, chisels, speed square, torpedo level, chalk line, claw hammer, mallet, multi tip bits, screwdrivers, socket sets, pliers, clamps, tape measure, pry bar, carpenter pencils and utility knife
