What You’ll Get To Do Sewing Machine Operators can move across the production floor doing various jobs throughout the production area.
Sewing Machine Operator’s do everything from surging the trim in colored thread, inserting labels on socks, cutting & sewing of various sleeve products, hemming socks, applying bone rings & folding products, and even fleecing socks, all while maintaining top quality by checking for any flaws during the production process.
We have a variety of customers and products.
Every product will be different and requires different work instructions so attention to detail is important! The Essentials This role is the essential in the creation of our products! Without our Sewing Machine Operators processing our products, we would have no nothing to send to our customers.
With the knowledge that is gained in this role, this leads to countless growth opportunities within the company! While getting products together, our Sewing Machine Operators will interact with other team members in production, including maintenance, knitting machine operators, and other Sewers so the ideal candidate will need to be a team player! With the variety of tasks that our Sewing Machine Operators do, no two days will ever be the same! If you love problem solving and watching a product go from start to finish, this is the job for you!
