Property Inspector

Looking for someone to do property inspections in Kansas City MO and surrounding counties.
We are performing inspections on behalf of mortgage companies.
Most of the inspections are occupancy inspections (visually verify someone still lives at a property and report on the condition of the property).
There are some interior vacancy walk-thru inspections (typically photos of each interior room to show the condition).
There are occasional insurance loss draft inspections (verifying progress of a construction project).
No experience needed.
Training will be provided.
You will need to have a reliable fuel efficient vehicle, gps, laptop or computer, printer, high speed internet, newer cell phone, Microsoft Streets and Trips software or other mapping software is suggested.
Paid per inspection Clean driving and criminal background (background checks will be done) Job Type: Contract Pay: $16.
