*Responsibilities:*
* Ideal candidates possess basic knowledge and experience with all aspects of residential remodeling.
* Functions include but are not limited to demolition, rough and finish carpentry, window and door installation, light trade skills (e.
g.
plumbing, electric, HVAC), drywall repairs, painting, and insulation.
All functions performed under the supervision of a Lead Carpenter.
* Maintain and organize jobsites according to company standards.
* Expedite timely completion of work.
* Utilize online project management software to communicate effectively with lead carpenter, Operations Manager, and trades.
* Maintain on a daily basis job log and time clock through online software.
* Other duties as assigned.
Note: This is an entry-level position as a Carpenter Apprentice.
Training will be provided on the job.
Qualifications:
* Experience as a carpenter or residential construction laborer is helpful but not required.
* Technologically proficient: smartphone (photos, texting), internet, email, MS Office software, computer/tablet.
* Pass drug screening and background check.
* Reliable transportation and basic tools of the trade.
