Responsibilities:
- Perform glass installation for windows, doors, and other glass surfaces
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine specifications and measurements for installations
- Conduct drywall repairs and installations as needed
- Install cabinets and ensure proper alignment and functionality
- Utilize maintenance person skills to complete various tasks such as painting, patching, and general repairs
- Perform trim carpentry work including baseboards, crown molding, and door casings
- Assist with electrical tasks such as wiring and fixture installations
- Contribute to remodeling projects by assisting with demolition, framing, and finishing work
- Hang doors and ensure proper fit and operation
- Utilize frame carpentry skills for structural enhancements and modifications
Skills:
- Proficient in glass installation techniques and best practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Experience in drywall repairs and installations
- Knowledge of cabinet installation methods and techniques
- Strong maintenance person skills for general repairs and maintenance tasks
- Proficient in trim carpentry work including baseboards, crown molding, etc.
- Basic electrical knowledge for wiring and fixture installations
- Experience in remodeling projects including demolition, framing, etc.
- Ability to hang doors accurately and ensure proper fit
- Skilled in frame carpentry for structural enhancements
