*Construction Superintendent *
Lead and manage the construction of buildings and structures, ensuring safe, timely, and profitable completion.
Oversee all aspects of the construction process, including planning, scheduling, supervision, and quality control.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Manage and supervise construction activities, including site preparation, foundation work, framing, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and finishing.
* Oversee subcontractors and ensure they meet contractual obligations.
* Develop and implement safety procedures.
* Prepare daily reports and document construction progress.
* Track and verify work progress against the established project schedule.
* Develop and maintain marked-up and as-built drawings.
* Respond to RFIs and address any concerns with work plans.
* Verify that the latest drawing revisions are being used.
* Use project construction management tools.
* Read, interpret, and understand construction drawings.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* 7-11 years of experience as a construction superintendent or craft supervisor on similar projects.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and safety skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
* Ability to meet company's driving requirement
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $65.
00 - $80.
