Work can entail Unit Turns with Make-Ready checklists and/or on-going maintenance and repairs services, at resident-occupied properties and vacant properties.
Professionalism, willingness to follow listed instructions, and strong communication is always expected.
You must be able to consistently take clear Before, During, and After photos showing the full scope for services undertaken, and to maintain ready phone and email communication for work orders.
