Project Superintendent - Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings

Immediate opportunity available for a Traveling Project Superintendent.
Candidates must demonstrate a track record of at least five years in the field.
This role entails advancing and documenting departmental protocols, ensuring quality control and assurance, and orchestrating on-site operations.
Responsibilities of the Project Superintendent: * Proficiency in Pre-Engineered metal building processes and erection.
* Oversee project completion within specified timeframes and budgets, prioritizing worker safety and workmanship quality.
* Develop and manage project schedules.
* Supervise work teams, subcontractors, and logistics for material and equipment transportation.
* Thorough understanding of contract specifications and blueprints interpretation.
* Ensure regulatory compliance across all project facets.
Qualifications for Project Superintendent: * Minimum 10 years of prior experience with Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings.
* 5 years in a Project Superintendent capacity.
* Ability to comprehend and interpret blueprints.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are prerequisites.
* Lift certifications and OSHA certification are advantageous.
