HVAC Technician

*HVAC Technician Opportunity* Swyft Property Care (SPC) exists to be an extension of an apartment building’s on-site team.
SPC is a subsidiary of Axiom Family of Companies which is based out of Kansas City and is an owner/operator in the multifamily industry with more than 20 properties in the Kansas City market.

The HVAC Technician’s primary responsibility is to ensure that all HVAC installation, trouble shooting, and preventative maintenance are handled in a timely manner.
*\*\*Base Hourly Rate: $28/hr to $30/hr \*\** *Experience & Requirements:* * 2 – 3 years of related experience servicing HVAC systems * EPA Certification (Minimum Type 2) * Experience in construction, maintenance, or trades, a positive * Experience in residential/multi-family preferred * Ability to pass a criminal/driving record check * Valid Driver's License * Positive references Swyft Property Care is part of the Axiom Family of Companies and offers….
