*Position Overview:*
The Roofing Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales by identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as managing and growing existing client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of roofing products and services, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and acquire new business in the Kansas City area.
* Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide accurate estimates and proposals for roofing projects.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Stay abreast of market trends and product knowledge to offer the best solutions to clients.
* Work closely with the project management team to ensure smooth execution of projects.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
* Provide feedback from customers to enhance products and services.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven track record of success in sales, ideally within the roofing or construction industry.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
* Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
* High school diploma or equivalent
