Local Dump Truck Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dump Truck Driver to join our team.
As a Dump Truck Driver, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment and transporting materials to and from construction sites.
Your role will be crucial in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of materials.
Responsibilities: - Operate dump trucks and other heavy equipment to transport materials to and from construction sites - Load and unload materials onto trucks using appropriate machinery - Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times to ensure a safe work environment - Perform routine maintenance on trucks and equipment to ensure proper functioning - Communicate with site supervisors and team members to coordinate material transportation - Complete necessary paperwork, such as delivery logs and inspection reports Requirements: - Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements - Proven experience operating heavy equipment, such as dump trucks, bulldozers, graders, or tankers - Knowledge of horizontal drilling techniques and paving operations is a plus - Ability to operate Caterpillar equipment is highly desirable - Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations for commercial driving - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy loads Note: This position requires heavy equipment operation, commercial driving, and physical labor.
