As a Hardscaping Team Member, you will play a vital role in our projects, working alongside a talented team of professionals to bring our clients' visions to life.
From planning to execution, your assistance in hardscaping techniques will contribute to the successful completion of various outdoor living projects.
*Your responsibilities will include:*
*Installation:* Skillfully install hardscaping elements, such as pavers, retaining walls, stone pathways, and outdoor structures, while adhering to industry best practices and safety guidelines.
*Project Collaboration:* Collaborate with the team to ensure the seamless integration of hardscaping elements with the overall landscape design.
*Material Handling: *Efficiently handle materials, tools, and equipment required for hardscaping projects, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
*Quality Assurance: *Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of workmanship, longevity, and client satisfaction in all hardscape installations.
*Time Management:* Work within project timelines and deadlines, effectively managing resources to ensure efficient project completion.
*Problem-Solving:* Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills to overcome challenges that may arise during projects, ensuring successful project outcomes.
*Safety Compliance: *Strictly adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
*Qualifications:*
- Previous experience in hardscape, landscape, outdoor designs, etc.
is required
- Integrity to do the right thing even when no one is looking
- Proficiency in using hand tools and operating heavy equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks and lift heavy objects as required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
-Class E license is preferred
