Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team.
As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for installing, renovating, and restoring concrete surfaces.
Your expertise in carpentry, masonry, and flooring installation will be crucial in ensuring high-quality finishes.

Duties:
- Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and smoothing them
- Set forms and ensure they are properly aligned and secured
- Pour concrete into forms and spread it evenly using various tools
- Use trowels, screeds, and floats to finish concrete surfaces to the desired texture and appearance
- Apply sealants or coatings to protect the concrete from weathering or damage
- Repair cracks or imperfections in existing concrete structures
- Collaborate with team members to interpret blueprints and schematics for accurate installation
- Lay tiles or other flooring materials on top of finished concrete surfaces
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role
- Strong knowledge of concrete installation techniques and materials
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics
- Skilled in using hand and power tools relevant to the trade
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in finishing work
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
Note: This is a paid position.
Internship positions must also be compensated according to labor laws.
