Job Requirements:
* Performance of on-site inspection to include evaluation and reporting of overall condition/functionality of interior, exterior, roof, attic, crawl-space, electrical, plumbing and HVAC
* Must be physically able to enter crawl spaces, get on roofs and into attics
* Basic knowledge of residential structural systems and components
* Understand the importance of quality and consistent customer service
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Have the aptitude and mental ability to problem solve and conduct professional conversations
* A great attitude, good presence and energy
* Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance
