* Perform daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual maintenance plans and activities in a safe, proper and timely manner while constantly maintaining a high level of craftsmanship.
Assist in training of other plant personnel.
* Utilize the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to assist in the development and the execution and follow-up on maintenance activities including but not limited to inspections, calibrations, repairs and rebuilds.
* Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
* Use and maintain all tools properly.
* With assistance develop ability to provide corrective actions to all levels of equipment/system failures utilizing root cause analysis and troubleshooting techniques.
* With assistance demonstrate ability to utilize advanced maintenance techniques and tools such as thermo-graphic, ultrasonic and vibration analysis to assess the health of production equipment and predict failures before they occur.
* Repair, modification and improvement of assigned production equipment with precision maintenance techniques as necessary.
* Identify and/or corrects potentially hazardous conditions.
* Ability to safely operate a forklift.
