Crew Leader Job Responsibilities:
Create a great customer experience by communicating effectively, answering questions, and clarifying project timelines for the customer.
Leading a team of 4-6 crew members; delegate, train, and ensure safety
Ensure quality repairs are performed on homes in accordance with company and industry standards
Job site management: examine and inspect job progress
Safely operate company vehicle and equipment
Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
Qualifications:
No experience necessary! We will train you!
Must have a valid driver's license with a favorable driving record
Must be able to bend and stoop
Must be comfortable working outside and walking on uneven ground
We are a drug-free workplace.
Must undergo a pre-employment drug test and background check
Bilingual English & Spanish is a plus.
