Reports to: Shift Supervisor
Work Location: Warrensburg, MO
We have an exciting opportunity at our Warrensburg, MO location for a hands-on problem solver who is excited about taking us to the NEXT level.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Previous production/light industrial employment experience is preferred
Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.
)
Demonstrated ability to work within established safety guidelines for the plant and assigned work area
Ability to work in a factory environment with exposure to moderate levels of noise, dust, heat, moving machinery and fork lift traffic
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Previous working experience in a manufacturing production facility preferred
Standing for long periods of time (8-10 hours per day).
Occasional lifting to maximum of 25 lbs.
Ability to continuously bend and stoop over long periods of time performing repetitive tasks
Must be able to pass pre-hire drug screen and criminal background check
Must be reliable, dependable, and have adequate means of transportation
Manufacturing or factory experience is a plus
