Wanted house (Independence)

I want to be able to move into a house and do all the work in exchange for a month's rent in the deposit I will do everything I'm experienced in all the things that need to be fixed to become ready I really could use this kind of special you can look at my work as I go along I just want to work it out for the down payment and the rent for a month and move in for nothing in exchange of me doing the work
