ci/s/lOrVIfQgx8_ *Responsibilities:* The Client Support Advocate is responsible for providing second tier level support to clients who have more complex and challenging questions and issues to resolve.
This may include questions about successfully completing the enrollment process or follow-on needs that surface after the insurance selection are issued and in force.
The Client Support Advocate also provides back-up support to the Support Advocate team for reception and enrollment .
To do this, the Client Support Advocate leverages internal CRM systems and verifies information through phone, email, text, and other communications methods.
Specific job tasks include: * Providing pre- and post- issued sales client support * Handling pre- and post sales escalations * Handling at-risk cancellation and cancellation requests to reduce client churn * Assisting with plan changes, including: * Switching plans if a current client needs a new plan * During AEP, switching MAPD and Supplement plans for those who want to change * Reviewing DVH and PDP plans with clients who need to switch * After work hours and if there is predictable excess capacity during normal work hours: * Sending out DVH and Copay email sequences * Enrolling and scheduling appointments to convert into sales * Assisting with the development and updates to process documentation * Completing special projects as assigned *Required Experience:* * High school diploma or the equivalent is required, Bachelor's degree preferred * Resident Health Producer License is required.
* 3 or more years of inbound/outbound customer/client service experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties * Strong computer skills, including the ability to multi-task and navigate multiple screens simultaneously.
