```Duties```
- Review Security Reports
- Conduct New Hire Oreintations
- Provide information and assistance to visitors
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Review paperwork and submit payroll
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Perform general administrative tasks such as typing, transcribing, and filing documents
- Assist with office management duties as needed
```Qualifications```
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Previous experience in a customer support or front desk role is preferred
