Job summary:
We are looking for well-spoken Customer Experience Specialists to join our growing team.
In this role, you will utilize your communication and detail-oriented skills to support clients.
You will professionally handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with booking appointments and promoting services.
We offer flexible scheduling during the following hours of operation: Monday through Saturday, 7am-10pm and Sundays 10am-10pm.
Potential to work from home 2-3 days a week after 6 months if meeting required KPI's
Overtime opportunities are available and may be required during peak times
Alternating weekend shifts will be expected
Essential duties & responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls in a fast-paced environment (up to 100 calls per day)
Demonstrate empathy for urgent Plumbing, HVAC, Sewer, and Electrical needs
Answer customer questions via phone, email, or chat, and schedule appointments in the CRM
Promote memberships and cross-promote services
Follow scripting to provide a consistent experience for clients
Other duties as assigned
Skills you bring for success:
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
2-year degree a plus
2+ years call center, customer service, sales, or appointment scheduling
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional customer service, communication (verbal and written), and phone skills
Strong attention to detail with an ability to think critically
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Proficient at typing (minimum of 35 wpm)
