KC Waterproofing and Foundation Repair is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This role requires on-site work in our North Kansas City, MO office from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.

* Outstanding communication and customer service skills * Accuracy and prompt answering of calls is critical to this job as our team relies on this information * Provide high-quality customer service * Answer all incoming calls and collect accurate information to schedule appointments with a representative.
* Interacts successfully with customers and other team members.
* Must be able to pass a background and drug test Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.
