*Job Description* *Customer Service Representative* AAA Disposal Service is actively hiring multiple customer service representatives.
AAA Disposal Service is located in Buckner, MO and is family owned and operated for 60 years.
We provide residential, commercial, and roll-off services to the Kansas City Missouri metro area.
Our customer service team works in person at our Buckner, MO office.
The position requires working Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.
Responsibilities: * Answer calls prompt and professionally * Listen to customers’ concerns, issues and questions * Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability * Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints * Open new customer accounts, or make changes, or cancel services.
* Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise * Recommend possible products to meet the customers’ needs * Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary Skills and requirements: * Outstanding attendance and punctuality * Empathy * Adaptability * Ability to use clear and positive language * Demonstrate patience and remain calm under pressure * Data entry as well as 10-key experience * Experience with moderate to high call volume.
