Quickly-growing, Independently-Owned General Dental office seeking a Full-Time Front Office Professional to join our team! Ideal applicant will be outgoing, organized, energetic, able to anticipate need, have outstanding communication and patient service skills as well as the willingness to be cross-trained to help with some clinical side responsibilities.
Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software is preferred, but willing to train the right person.
This position offers the opportunity to work with an amazing team in an exciting new, state-of-the-art office.
We are looking to add a candidate that will fit in to our "drama-free" environment, where all team members are hard-working and enthusiastic about the ethical, high-quality patient care that we offer.
Since it is a small office, we must have someone who is willing to go the extra mile.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Answering multiple phone lines
-Scheduling to maximize productivity
-Greeting patients as they arrive
-Helping patients complete the paperless check-in forms
-Checking out patients
-Confirming patient upcoming appointments
-Cleaning and restocking the office common areas
-Verifying patient's insurance eligibility
-Obtaining a breakdown of dental benefits and accurately entering information into their electronic chart
-Collecting co-pays/payment at the time of service
-Following up on insurance denials and submitting documentation as required
-Submitting insurance claims and attachments and/or narratives as required
-Following up on insurance claims outstanding
-Sending patient statements
-Typing various correspondence utilizing Word and Outlook.
Clinical responsibilities
-Helping clinical team with sterilization and turning rooms
-Ensuring that the office is "patient ready" with cleaning common areas and ensuring that clinical gowns are laundered.
-Seating patients and occasionally taking vitals
-Training available to further clinical involvement according to candidates comfort level.
- Hours are: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, (patient care 9-5)
-Dental care for you and your immediate family, Health insurance and PTO (once eligible)
