Our guest service associates are the “front line” of our hotel team, interacting the most with guests and often having the greatest impact on the overall guest experience.
As a member of the guest services team, your work at the front desk is critical to ensuring that our guests have a fantastic stay from arrival to departure.

*Job responsibilities *
* Manage traditional hotel front desk responsibilities including answering phones, guest check-in and check-out, billing and payment collection, and fulfilling guest requests.
* Clean public and back office spaces including lobby, restrooms, windows, etc.
* Assist with housekeeping, laundry and food and beverage operations as needed.
* Communicate and collaborate with other hotel departments including housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a seamless guest experience.
* Address and resolve guest issues and complaints.
* Handle other responsibilities as needed/directed by hotel management.
*Qualifications *
* A positive attitude and a commitment to working as a team to deliver excellent service.
* Flexible schedule – weekdays, weekends, and holidays (weekend/holiday availability required).
* Passionate about delivering excellent guest service in every guest interaction.
* Comfortable working as the only front desk agent on shift most of the time.
* Strong computer skills, organization skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities at once.
* Excellent communication skills (important both for guests and internal collaboration).
* Able to handle stressful situations and solve problems in a calm, professional manner.
* Physically able to perform all responsibilities including but not limited to bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
* Able to successfully pass a drug test and background check.
