A background in Direct Sales would be helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities:
* Support our Independent Sales Distributors by explaining and administering our commission, compensation, and incentive programs.
* Process new Distributor contracts.
* Maintain accurate monthly and quarterly reports and records.
* Update distributor database information.
Requirements:
· Experience in a customer service environment.
· Microsoft Office software proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Superior phone etiquette.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· The ability to travel one week per year for our annual convention.
