Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues - Conduct sales calls to promote products or services - Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions - Enter and update customer information accurately in the database - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure understanding of products or services Experience: - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred - Sales experience is a plus - Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are highly desirable - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail As a Call Center Representative, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, interact with diverse customers, and contribute to the success of our company.
