Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in the buying and selling of residential properties
- Guide clients through the process of purchasing or selling a property
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
- Negotiate on behalf of clients to reach favorable agreements
- Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations
- Market properties for sale by listing them on various platforms
- Show properties to potential buyers and provide information about their features
- Prepare and present offers to sellers for consideration
- Coordinate property closings, including working with lenders, attorneys, and inspectors
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid real estate license
- Strong knowledge of real estate law and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to speak Spanish or another language fluently is a plus (multilingual
- Experience in real estate administrative tasks is preferred
- Proven track record in sales or customer service roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

As a licensed Realtor, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in buying and selling residential properties.
