*Position Overview & Description *
As a Customer Service Representative, you will partner with the sales team to ensure clients are satisfied with the products and services they’ve received.
A CSR is responsible for supporting our clients and the sales team to help add value and ensure quality.
The CSR is a client facing role that helps build long-lasting relationships.

*Experience, Qualifications, Requirements *
* Demonstrated ability or high aptitude to learn to sell through delivering service.
* Must be able to develop relationships with our clients and identify sales opportunities.
* Ability to provide comfort and add value to each interaction with repeat and new customers within firms.
* Knowledge of or willingness to learn Salesforce for daily schedule management and capturing client data
* Support both Senior Account Managers and Account Managers where needed.
* Work as part of a team while growing as an individual contributor.
* Ability to clearly communicate through all forms of communication, including written.
* Proactively maintaining communication channels with clients via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings
* Onboarding new clients to help them understand the full suite of company products, programs, and services.
* Acting as the point of contact for clients to access our services.
* Be able to demonstrate the ability to excel at multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing your time efficiently and effectively.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
* Experience writing and delivering communications to other departments
* Ability to work with little supervision and the ability to take initiative
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to build long-lasting and meaningful relationships with clients
* Analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets
*Physical Demands and other requirement: *
Ability to lift and move up to 35-pound document boxes.
