*Summary*
This job is for you if you enjoy maintaining a positive attitude and you have great communication skills.
Communicating efficiently with our customers, other departments and the managerial staff.
To always speak with customers in a respectful manner and always do your best to accommodate and exceed their expectations and needs.
You will be responsible for monitoring all customer service tasks such as emails, calls, call backs, online chats and text messages.
We do periodically experience high volumes of customer inquiries, so it will be important to be able to multitask and excel with time management.
*Duties & Responsibilities*
Essential Functions
* You will be serving as first line of communication for all customer inquiries
* You will be resolving customer issues by determining the issue at hand, and working efficiently to find a solution to exceed their expectations
* You will be evaluating customer profiles to make sure they are correct at all times and fix any issues where applicable
* You will be working closely with our laboratory technicians
Additional Responsibilities
* Assist other departments when necessary
* Completes other assigned duties and projects as requested.
Training would be provided prior
* Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary
