Customer Care Specialist

* *Client Care Specialist:* *Responsibilities:* The self-motivating professional that we select will be answering many customer phone calls, setting and scheduling technician appointments for jobs, and entering all data through the computer in a busy work environment.
This Client Care Specialist will also be providing response and feedback to our customers as well as selling membership plans and any other sales opportunities that arise when talking to a new or current customer.
This position requires a strong individual who can balance multitasking while providing great customer service.
