*Customer Service:*
* Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the service received.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer issues and complaints to facilitate timely resolutions and improve overall customer experience.
*Cash Reporting:*
* Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently on a daily basis.
* Maintain comprehensive records of all financial transactions, ensuring their accurate reporting for the day.
* Keep the work area clean and tidy, facilitating easy access to financial equipment.
*Additional Responsibilities:*
* Communicate with customers, providing quotes, Customer Risk Releases, and updated due dates as necessary.
* Lot Management is key to your success.
Checking the system for any late orders or items that have not been properly racked or detailed.
* Communicate with production about customer requests
