*We are a leader in the Kitchen and Bath Wholesale industry, with 7 locations throughout the US, and we are looking to hire an Customer Service Representative for our Kansas location.
Our Customer Service team is made up of friendly and knowledgeable people who work together to provide our customers with the ideal sink buying experience in a competitive industry.
*
*Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:*
*Answering Phones and Emails - *_Our staff does not do cold calling, we have Outside Sales Reps who handle that.
Our customers call or email to place orders for products they have already selected for their projects or to get guidance from our knowledgeable staff on selecting the right products.
We provide training on the products we offer before requiring our staff to handle these calls on their own.
Answering phones is a big part of this position's responsibilities.
_
*Order Processing - *_Entering and processing purchase orders or phoned in orders using Stone Profits Systems and internet based payment processing websites.
Experience with Quickbooks or similar will be helpful when learning our system.
_
*Assisting Walk In Business - *_Each of our locations have a small selection of our inventory on display in our showroom.
Our Customer Service team occasionally assists customers by showing samples of products to help them select the best products for their specific applications.
_
*Filing - *_With a large number of orders for this busy and growing location there is some filing to be done daily and our Customer Service members are responsible for the filing of all completed transactions.
_
*We are a smaller location and a handful of full time employees keep this place running.
Occasionally you may be asked to jump in to another role to help out.
*
\*\*\* _*Team Players willing to help out and fill in as needed are what we are looking for.

*Requirements:*
*Basic computer skills Windows, Microsoft Word, Internet etc.

*Our office hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm and you MUST be able to work during those hours if applying for the Full Time position.
Full Time employees are scheduled for a 40 hour workweek during those hours.
*
*Reliable transportation to and from work.
*
*Personable phone demeanor.
*
*Other Helpful experience for this role:*
*Quickbooks or similar programs knowledge, not required as we will train, but helpful.
*
*Experience in the Kitchen and Bath or Construction industry.
*
*Strong organizational skills.
*
*Freight and UPS/Fedex shipping experience.
*
*Applicants with the following will be given priority consideration:*
*\* Forklift Certification or experience and willingness to become certified*
*\* Warehouse experience including inventory counts, picking & packaging for shipping*
*\* Clean driving record*

*\*\*\* Starting pay for this role will depend heavily on experience in similar positions but also experience in this industry.
Training will be provided on our system and our specific products, but the ideal candidate will have some knowledge of our industry.
