*Position Overview: *We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated candidate for the position of *Customer Service/Dispatch Coordinator.

*Primary Duties & Responsibilities*
Assist our Customer Service Manager by performing the following duties:
* Assist the intermodal operations team in managing freight movement.
* Obtain and review necessary documentation from vendors, customers, or service providers.
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of invoices, including attachments and fuel service charges.
* Maintain and manage the Invoice Hold Report for timely submissions.
* Daily database entry of load information.
* Provide weekly reports on outstanding invoices.
* Assist with the research and resolution of payment exceptions.
* Monitor freight movement and provide status reports to customers.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations.
* Perform tasks to support customer requirements and company goals.
Dispatch Duties as needed:
* Manage driver performance, route scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
* Collaborate with various teams to meet operational goals.
* Provide leadership to drivers and enforce company policies.
* Optimize driver performance for on-time deliveries and compliance.
*Qualifications, Education, & Experience*
* High school diploma or GED required.
Higher education preferred.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
* Knowledge of MS Office and computer software programs; specifically Profit Tools.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Preferably one or more years of related experience and/or training.
