Part-Time Senior Living Advocate/Hybrid Remote Contact Center Representative

The Family Advocate position is a critical part of the Serviam VIA Contact Center.
This position is often the first point of contact for senior living or active 55+ living individuals so it requires a great deal of empathy and superior customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming customer calls from seniors or family members on behalf of seniors and taking appropriate action for each call
Making outbound calls to prospects who have inquired about senior living
Utilizing company policies to qualify individuals based on location, finances, and care level for our members
Maintain quality ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company
Attend mandatory training and call review sessions to stay up date on product or company policy changes
Schedule community tours after qualifying prospects, maintain a call cadence to ensure proper follow-up with prospective residents
Ability to work using Macintosh computers to research and input data into the Serviam VIA platform
Ability to work weekends and holidays with flexible or fixed schedules and the ability to work hybrid from home and in office
Candidate Profile:
Our Family Advocate team is often the first point of contact for senior living or active 55+ living, so we are interested in hiring empathetic individuals with knowledge of senior living, a commitment to prospect and client satisfaction, and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
This position is ideal for Social Workers, Teachers, Counselors, Psychologists, Medical/Healthcare professionals, or students pursuing these majors.
Qualifications:
Preferred Bachelor’s degree or pursing a degree in a related field including Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education and Healthcare
Senior living experience a plus
Strong computer skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
High level of professionalism
Must be available to work holidays, evenings and weekends
Must pass background check

Must be able to attend a 1-week training program, Monday-Friday, normal business hours, with additional in-house training as needed
