REQUIREMENTS: 1 or more years of previous customer service/concierge experience

Job Overview:
DiPasquale Moore is looking for a professional with a friendly attitude and the ability to multi-task to serve as our Firm’s front desk concierge.
This position requires regular attendance; greeting all clients, guests and visitors and addressing their questions and needs while providing an overall welcoming environment; assisting in various administrative duties as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Serve as the face of the Firm, offering friendly service to those entering
Assist with handling clients documentation
Maintain the reception area and all conference rooms, keeping them clean and free of clutter
Restocking business cards and bottled water at the front desk
Assisting with stocking breakrooms (coffee, soda, snacks, etc.
)
Receiving mail/deliveries – sort, organize and scan mail to respective Attorneys and Case Managers
Knowledge & Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks without guidance
Confident using office equipment including, but not limited to copiers, printers, postage machine, label makers
Fluent in English; Bilingual a plus
