ReDiscover is looking for a Manager of Client Engagement to add to our Clinical Support Department!

WHAT WE DO
The Clinical Support Department provides support to ReDiscover clients, through a focused effort on providing quality customer service from first contact throughout their time at ReDiscover.
The Clinical Support Department has a culture centered around respect, inclusion, compassionate, and is dedicated to ensuring the client feels welcomed, supported and cared for.
At ReDiscover, while every day is different, a typical day may include the following roles and responsibilities:
Directing the daily operations of the centralized client administrative intake process by overseeing the entire client experience from first contact to ongoing services.
Overseeing the administrative aspects of client intakes, client navigation of phone systems and websites, navigation of clients throughout the referral and transfer processes, and the management of wait lists in collaboration with individual programs.
Coordinating hiring, orientation, development and coaching/counseling of all assigned team members.
Directing, training, and managing staff with duties included in the new client workflow.
Participating in review meetings with management and staff to establish project priorities and to communicate process improvement ideas
Serves as backup coverage for staff.

However, here are some that you will need before starting with ReDiscover:
High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent discipline from an accredited College or University preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of similar position-related experience required.
Knowledge of client intake and billing in a healthcare environment.
Proficiency gained through prior employment and training in Electronic Health Records (EHR – Qualifacts CareLogic preferred) and patient registration systems.
Working knowledge of mental illness and substance use disorders
Excellent customer service skills with a recovery focus
Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as GSuite.
