Job Title: Customer Service
Basic Function:
The Customer Service representative will manage various customer accounts and be responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving customer service relationships.
Job functions will include acting as the single point of contact for the communication and delivery of various products & services throughout the PAS organization, and shipping of customer parts.
Brief Description:
Pricing updates on various customer websites
Customer interfacing in order to communicate deliveries, shipment schedules, order receipts, & paperwork or part discrepancies.
Customer negotiations to manage customer need dates and promised ship dates and shop floor committed TAT
Quoting and updating of quotes
Build customer relationships and effectively resolve customer complaint & concerns
Resolve invoicing issues and monitor customer accounts
Maintain compliance to all Export, EH&S, & QMS systems at PAS
Experience/Skills Required:
working in a fast pace, high-pressure, environment
Effective Communication - Ability to work effectively and communicate across multiple levels and interact with various types of individuals.
Demonstrate active listening skills & Comprehension of customer demand and deliverables
Problem solving skills - Effectively resolve issues as they arise prevent future instances of re-occurrences
Negotiations skills - Effective communication to identify win/win situation with customer and PAS
Customer Rapport - Demonstrate the ability to build relationships with the customer

Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel a plus
