Serving as initial point of contact for assigned TAFS clients, delivering an ongoing, unparalleled customer experience to TAFS clients through good rapport and communication.
Ensuring an ongoing high standard of customer service with clients
Delivering consistent communication and diplomacy when interacting with clients
Educating clients on proper use of TAFS tools and standard funding procedures
Resolving or escalating all client issues or concerns on a timely basis

This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
