Call Center Rep for Leading Research Firm – Part Time Olathe, KS

Job description Leading National Transit Research Firm ETC Institute is seeking a Part-Time Call Center Representative to work in their Headquarters in Olathe, KS with a small 3-person team Call Center.
You will be responsible for recruiting businesses to participate in a workplace travel survey by making outbound calls.
Business contacts will all be provided.
This is a part time position in office (NOT REMOTE) that could turn full time if candidate does well and desires more than just part time.
Starting pay rate is $18.
00 per hour and 25 hours per week Monday-Friday (or Thursday).
To start immediately.
Responsibilities Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets Requirements and skills Previous experience in a customer support role preferred Track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Ability to use Microsoft Excel Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively High school degree Details Pay Rate: $18:00 per hour Part Time 25 hours to start Schedule is flexible to select hours Monday- Thursday or Monday-Friday May turn into Full Time for the right candidate once work is proven Start Immediately
