Outbound Retention Customer Service Rep

About the Job You’ll be making phone calls from the comfort of your home.
You’ll need a reliable internet connection, a newer model computer, a headset, and a dedicated, quiet workspace where you can train and work without interruptions.
You would be providing excellent customer service while helping retain current and recent customers.
Our ideal applicant is very comfortable in a high-call volume environment and ready to stay busy! Job Requirements: Reliable internet connection (A minimum of 50 Mbps download speed).
PC or Laptop with at least Windows 8 or High Sierra IOS.
USB Headset A dedicated, quiet workspace.
Excellent reading/writing skills.
Ability to work 25-30 hours per week, minimum.
Solid PC skills (Data entry, systems navigation, basic troubleshooting, etc.
) Other information: Training will be done remotely via ZOOM.
Training is paid.
You will be paid weekly via direct deposit.
