Salary: $15 - $18 Hourly Part-time Seasonal Job Summary: The Client Experience Associate serves as a valuable member of the client interaction process by following prescribed procedures and communicating with clients to foster an adoring client base.
Responsibilities and Duties: Serves as a client advocate, being adaptable, ready to learn new processes, having empathy for clients, and taking responsibility to ensure all tasks are completed and customers have a great experience with the Company to boost client retention and growth.
Performs scheduling, document preparation, resource coordination, and other administrative duties to ensure positive client interactions and operations throughout the Company.
Serves as a main point of contact for addressing client needs and developing relationships through all client communication channels, including phone, email, service tickets, etc.
, escalating high-level complaints to the appropriate staff or department.
Manages accurate client data and documentation utilizing the Company?s software, tools, and technology to ensure a smooth flow of information and project coordination for clients and staff.
Tracks, monitors, and accurately processes client service requests and projects across all lines of business ensuring issues and queries are handled in a timely and effective manner.
Onboards and offboards clients with accurate data, communicating with the client and staff throughout the process.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Good interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to keep the client in mind with all interactions.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure tasks are fully complete.
Good written and verbal communication skills including the ability to speak clearly and confidently with clients and staff.
Ability to problem solve and think independently to determine the best solution for clients and the Company.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful work environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite or related software and the ability to quickly learn new software and technology.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team.
Ability to keep information confidential.
Ability to be punctual and on time for work and/or work-related events.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
One year of customer service experience required.
Experience with client relationship management software or project management software strongly preferred.
Data entry or call center experience preferred.
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Able to travel as needed.
